Thanks so much for stopping by. I currently live in Mar Vista with my husband Octavio, our 2 young boys Vincent and Simon, and our loyal golden retriever Gertie. We have lived in Mar Vista for almost 15 years and couldn't love our friendly community more. My husband owns and operates the local The UPS Store locations in Mar Vista and Santa Monica, so we are a family business in all aspects. 

I have been working as a real estate agent since 2012 and love my job more today than I ever have before. The real estate market in Southern California is unlike anywhere else in the world, and I am so grateful to do what I do every single day. I worked as a Buyer Agent for the first 5 years of my career, then started my own team Alexis Gallardo Group in 2021. I'm so proud of the relationships I've built over the years among my real estate peers, and use my trusted and professional network to negotiate the best deals for my clients.

Originally born in the cornfields of Indiana, a deep sense of loyalty and dedicated work ethic are the foundations of my business. 

LA is a sprawling county, and I've helped buy and sell homes from Long Beach to Calabasas, and everywhere in between. Our office is on Main St. in the heart of Santa Monica, just 2 blocks from the beach. 

Kristin was born and raised in the middle of the Pacific on Kauai, Hawai’i, where her island upbringing instilled the importance of building and maintaining relationships, to cherish the environment and community around her, and to value curiosity in everyday life. Kristin spent much of her upbringing exploring the beauty in nature and finding her next adventure.

In 2008, her adventurous spirit led her to California, where she initially pursued a career in child development. Armed with a bachelor's degree in Child Development and a master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Kristin established a daycare and preschool in Los Angeles that is still active today.

Her curious nature continued and inspired by her experiences working with young children and families, Kristin transitioned her skills to the world of real estate at Compass. Here, she utilizes her deep understanding of relationships and community to guide families through the buying and selling process.
Outside the realm of open houses and property searches, Kristin participates competitively in outrigger canoe paddling for Marina del Rey Outrigger Canoe Club and enjoys exploring the beauty (and amazing food!) in and around Los Angeles.
